523D.2 Application of chapter. This chapter applies to a provider who executes a contract to provide continuing care or senior adult congregate living services in a facility, or extend the term of an existing contractto provide continuing care or senior adult congregate living services in a facility, if the contractrequires or permits the payment of an entrance fee to a person, and any of the following apply: 1. The facility is or will be located in this state.2.
