§ 524.105

524.105 Effect on existing banks. 1. The corporate existence of a state bank existing and operating on July 1, 1995, is not affected by the amendment of this chapter. 2. All state banks are subject to the provisions and requirements of this chapter in every particular, and all national banks, out-of-state banks, and federal savings associations, nowor hereafter doing business in this state, are subject to the provisions of this chapter, to theextent applicable, from July 1, 2021.
