524.1105 Examination of affiliates and reports. 1. For the purpose of determining the condition of a state bank and information concerning the state bank, the superintendent shall have the power to make or cause to bemade an examination of any affiliate to the same extent as the superintendent may examinea state bank under this chapter. 2. If the superintendent has reasonable cause to believe that any corporation, trust, estate, association, or other similar organization is an affiliate, the superintendent may require theorganization to furnish such information as may enable the superintendent to determinewhether the organization is an affiliate.
