524.1606 Fraudulent advertising or notice. A state bank shall not publish, disseminate, or distribute any advertising or notice containing any false, misleading, or deceptive statements concerning the rates, terms, orconditions on which loans are made or deposits are received, any charge which the statebank is authorized to impose pursuant to this chapter, or the financial condition of the statebank. Any officer or employee of a state bank who willfully violates the provisions of thissection shall be guilty of a fraudulent practice.
