524.1611 Offenses involving employees of banking division. 1. Any person violating section 524.211, subsection 1, shall be guilty of a fraudulent practice, and shall be subject to a further fine of a sum equal to the amount of the valueof the property given or received or the money so loaned or borrowed. An employee ofthe division of banking convicted of a violation of section 524.211, subsection 1, shall beimmediately discharged from employment and shall be forever disqualified from holdingany position in the banking division. 2. Any examiner violating section 524.212 shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor. Any examiner convicted of a violation of section 524.212 shall be immediately discharged fromemployment and shall be forever disqualified from holding any position in the bankingdivision.
