524.1808 Insurance sales. 1. Insurance activities in Iowa of an out-of-state bank holding company and its subsidiaries are subject to regulation, including but not limited to regulation under TitleXIII, subtitle 1, in the same manner and to the same extent as are the insurance activities ofan Iowa bank holding company and its subsidiaries. 2.
