524.208 Examiners and other employees. The superintendent may appoint examiners and other employees, including for the banking division’s internal information technology group, as the superintendent deemsnecessary to the proper discharge of the duties imposed upon the superintendent by the lawsof this state. Pay plans shall be established for employees, other than clerical employees,who examine the accounts and affairs of state banks and who examine the accounts andaffairs of other persons, subject to supervision and regulation by the superintendent, whichare substantially equivalent to those paid by the federal deposit insurance corporation andother federal supervisory agencies in this area of the United States.
