524.216 Annual report of superintendent. 1. The superintendent shall make a report in writing annually to the governor in the manner and within the time required by chapter 7A. 2. In addition to the matters required by chapter 7A, the annual report of the superintendent shall contain: a. A summary of applications approved or denied by the superintendent pursuant to this chapter since the superintendent’s last previous report. b. A summary of the assets, liabilities, and capital structure of all state banks as of June 30 of the year for which the report is made. c. A statement of the receipts and disbursements of funds of the superintendent during the fiscal year ending on the preceding June 30 and of the funds on hand on such June 30. d. Such other information as the superintendent may deem appropriate and advisable to fairly disclose the discharge of the duties imposed upon the superintendent by this chapter.
