524.220 Reports to superintendent. 1. A state bank shall, upon request, render a full, clear, and accurate statement of its condition to the superintendent, in a format prescribed by the superintendent, verified by theoath of two of its officers, and attested by at least two of the directors. The superintendentmay, in the superintendent’s discretion, use any form of statement of condition that isused by the federal deposit insurance corporation or the federal reserve system, and thesuperintendent may rely on a statement of condition a state bank submits to the federaldeposit insurance corporation or the federal reserve system. 2. The statement shall be transmitted to the superintendent or the superintendent’s designee within thirty days after the end of each calendar quarter. 3. The superintendent shall also have power to call for special reports from a state bank whenever in the superintendent’s judgment the same are necessary in order to obtain a fulland complete knowledge of its condition.
