524.307 Initial organization of state bank. Upon incorporation of the state bank, the initial board of directors shall hold an organizational meeting within this state, at the call of a majority of the directors, to completethe organization of the state bank by electing officers, adopting bylaws, if any are to beadopted, and conducting any other business properly brought before the board at themeeting.
