533.323 Photographic records. 1. Any state credit union writing or record, or a photostatic or photographic reproduction of such writing or record, whether in the form of an entry in a book or otherwise, made as amemorandum or record of any act, transaction, occurrence, or event, shall be admissible inevidence as proof of the act, transaction, occurrence, or event, if made in the regular courseof business. 2. A printout or other tangible output, readable by sight, shown to accurately reflect data contained in a promissory note, negotiable instrument, or letter of credit, that contains asignature made or created by electronic or digital means such that it is stored by a computeror similar device, is deemed to be an original of such note, instrument, or letter for purposes ofpresenting such note, instrument, or letter for payment, acceptance, or honor, or for purposesof a judicial proceeding involving a claim based upon such note, instrument, or letter. 2007 Acts, ch 174, §54 Sat Dec 23 01:33:27 2023 Iowa Code 2024, Section 533.323 (18, 0)
