536.28 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:1. 'Administrator' means the person designated in section 537.6103.2. 'Consumer loan' means a loan as defined in section 537.1301.3. 'Licensee' means a person licensed under this chapter.4.
