537.2507 Attorney fees. With respect to a consumer credit transaction, the agreement may not provide for the payment by the consumer of attorney fees. However, in a consumer credit transaction withan amount financed exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars secured by an interest in land,the agreement may provide for the payment by the consumer of reasonable attorney fees.
