537.3201 Compliance with Truth in Lending Act. A person upon whom the Truth in Lending Act imposes duties or obligations shall make or give to the consumer the disclosures, information and notices required of the person bythat Act and in all respects shall comply with that Act. To the extent the Truth in LendingAct does not impose duties or obligations upon a person in a credit transaction, other than aconsumer lease, which is a consumer credit transaction under this chapter, the person shallmake or give to the consumer disclosures, information and notices in accordance with theTruth in Lending Act, with respect to the credit transaction.
