543B.39 Disobedience to subpoena. In case of a disobedience to a subpoena the real estate commission may invoke the aid of any court of competent jurisdiction or judge thereof in requiring the attendance and testimonyof witnesses and the production of papers; and such court may issue an order requiring thepersons to appear before the commission and give evidence or to produce papers as the casemay be; and any failure to obey such order may be punished as a contempt.
