544B.13 Renewals. Certificates of licensure shall expire in intervals as determined by the board. Professional landscape architects shall renew their certificates of licensure and pay a renewal fee in themanner and amount prescribed by the board. A person who fails to renew a certificate by theexpiration date shall be allowed to do so within thirty days following its expiration, but theboard may assess a reasonable penalty.
