544B.18 Unlawful practice. Any person who uses the words 'landscape architect', 'professional landscape architect', or 'landscape architecture designer', or any word or any letters or figures indicating ortending to imply that the person using the same is a professional landscape architect, withouthaving a valid certificate of licensure as a professional landscape architect issued pursuantto this chapter, or who knowingly assists such a person, is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
