544B.4 Organization of the board — meetings — quorum. The board shall elect annually from its members a chairperson and vice chairperson. The duties of the officers are those usually performed by such officers. The board shall hold atleast one meeting each year at the location of the board’s principal office, and meetings shallbe called at other times by division staff at the request of the chairperson or four members ofthe board. A majority of the members constitutes a quorum. No action at any meeting canbe taken without the affirmative votes of a majority of the members of the board.
