552.13 Remedies — violations. 1. If a physical exercise club violates a provision of this chapter, the buyer may cancel the physical exercise club contract. The buyer also has a right of action against the physicalexercise club for recovery of the amount the buyer paid to the physical exercise club under thecontract. In addition to any judgment awarded to the buyer, the court may allow reasonableattorney’s fees. 2. A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed an unlawful practice under section 714.16, subsection 2, paragraph 'a'. 3.
