554.14108 Applicability. This Article applies to any transaction involving a controllable electronic record that arises on or after July 1, 2022. This Article does not apply to any transaction involving a controllableelectronic record that arises before July 1, 2022, even if the transaction would be subject tothis Article if the transaction had arisen on or after July 1, 2022.
