556F.14 Costs, charges and care — assessment. The owner shall also be required to pay the finder all such costs and charges as may have been paid by the finder for services rendered as aforesaid, including the cost of publication,together with reasonable charges for keeping and taking care of such property, which lastmentioned charge, in case the finder and the owner cannot agree, shall be assessed by twodisinterested householders of the neighborhood, to be appointed by some magistrate judge ofthe proper county, whose decision, when made, shall be binding and conclusive on all parties.
