557B.11 Purchaser’s remedies. A purchaser’s remedy for errors in or omissions from the membership camping contract, the materials delivered to the purchaser at the time of sale, or any of the disclosures requiredin section 557B.13 is limited to a right of cancellation and refund of the payment made orconsideration given by the purchaser. However, this limitation does not apply to errors oromissions from the contract or disclosures or other requirements of this chapter which arepart of a scheme to willfully misstate or omit the information required.
