557B.15 Exemptions by attorney general. The attorney general may, by rule or order, exempt any person from all or part of the requirements of this chapter if the attorney general finds the requirements unnecessary forthe protection of purchasers. In determining exemptions from this chapter, the attorneygeneral shall consider all of the following: 1. The duration of the membership camping contracts involved.2. The number of membership camping contracts being offered by the operator.3.
