557B.5 Effective date of registration. 1. The application for registration automatically becomes effective upon the expiration of forty-five calendar days following filing of a completed application with the attorney generalunless one of the following occurs: a. The application is denied under section 557B.6.b. The attorney general grants the registration effective as of an earlier date.c. The applicant consents to a delay of the effective date.2.
