562.1A Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:1. 'Animal feeding operation' means the same as defined in section 459.102.2. 'Farm tenancy' means a leasehold interest in land held by a person who produces crops or provides for the care and feeding of livestock on the land, including by grazing or supplyingfeed to the livestock. 3.
