572.19 Priority over garnishments of the owner. Mechanics’ liens shall take priority over all garnishments of the owner for the contract debts, whether made prior or subsequent to the commencement of the furnishing of thematerial or performance of the labor, without regard to the date of posting the claim for suchlien.
