591.5 Notices of incorporation. In all instances where the incorporators of corporations for pecuniary profit have omitted to publish notice of incorporation within three months from the date of the certificate ofincorporation issued by the secretary of state, but have published notice thereafter in mannerand form as by law required, such notices are hereby legalized and shall have the sameforce and effect as though published within said period of three months, as to all acts ofsaid corporation from the date of said completed publication.
