594A.5 Organization or change before January 1, 1965. 1. All proceedings taken prior to January 1, 1965, purporting to provide for the organization, reorganization, enlargement, or change in the boundaries of any schoolcorporation in this state and not heretofore declared invalid by any court are herebylegalized, validated, and confirmed. 2. The foregoing shall not be construed to affect any litigation that may be pending at the time this section becomes effective involving the organization, reorganization, enlargement,or change in boundaries of any school corporation.
