602.10127 Notice to attorney general — duty. Thereupon the chief justice of the supreme court shall notify the attorney general of such accusation and cause a copy thereof to be delivered to the attorney general, and it shallthereupon become the duty of the attorney general to superintend either through the attorneygeneral’s office, or through a special assistant to be designated by the attorney general, theprosecution of such charges.
