602.1205 Procedures for courts. 1. The supreme court shall prescribe procedures for the orderly and efficient administration of the judicial business of the courts. These procedures shall be executed bythe chief justice. 2. Procedures for the district court shall provide for a court session at least once each week in each county to be fixed in advance and announced in the form of a printed schedule.However, court sessions may be at intervals other than once each week if in the opinion ofthe chief judge more efficient operations in the district will result.
