602.1509 Expenses. 1. When a judicial officer, court employee, or other person providing professional services to the courts is required to travel in the discharge of official duties, the person shallbe paid actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of duties, not to exceeda maximum amount established by the supreme court. The supreme court shall prescribeprocedures to establish the maximum amount, terms, and conditions for reimbursement ofthe expenses. 2.
