602.5201 Clerk of court. 1. The clerk of the supreme court or a deputy of that clerk shall act as clerk of the court of appeals. The clerk of the court of appeals shall keep a complete record of the proceedings ofthat court, shall collect the fees and costs prescribed by the supreme court, and shall accountfor all receipts and disbursements of the court of appeals. 2.
