622.41 United States and state patents. United States and state patents for land in the state, and duly certified copies thereof from the general land office of the United States, or the state land office, that have been or may berecorded in the recorder’s office of the county in which the land is situated, shall be mattersof record and such record, and copies thereof, certified to by the recorder, may be receivedand read in evidence in all courts, with like effect as the record of other instruments, andother certified copies of original papers recorded in the recorder’s office; and such patentsand certified copies may be recorded without an acknowledgment.
