622.42 Field notes and plats. A copy of the field notes of any licensed professional land surveyor, or a plat made by the surveyor and certified under oath as correct, may be received as evidence to show the shapeor dimensions of a tract of land, or any other fact the ascertainment of which requires theexercise of scientific skill or calculation only.
