622.86 Foreign affidavits. An affidavit taken out of the state before any judge or clerk of a court of record, or before a notarial officer as provided in chapter 9B, or a commissioner appointed by the governor ofthis state to take acknowledgment of deeds in the state where the affidavit is taken, are of thesame credibility as if taken within this state.
