624.27 Judgment against railway. A judgment against any railway, interurban railway, or street railway corporation or partnership, for an injury to any person or property, and any claim for compensation underthe workers’ compensation Act for personal injuries sustained by their employees arisingout of and in the course of their employment, shall be a lien upon the property of suchcorporation or partnership within the county where the judgment was recovered or in whichoccurred the injury for which compensation is due.
