625.28 Definitions. As used in section 625.29, unless the context otherwise requires:1. 'Fees and other expenses' include the reasonable attorney fees and reasonable expenses of expert witnesses plus court costs, but they do not include any portion of anattorney’s fees or salary paid by a unit of local, state, or federal government for the attorney’sservices in the case. 2.
