626.45 Receiver — decree — costs. The court may appoint a receiver, and shall determine the amount due on the security agreement, the value of the property levied upon, and all other questions properly presented,and may continue and preserve or dismiss the lien of the levy, the costs to be taxed to thelosing party as in other cases.
