626.66 Stay terminated by surety. Any surety for the stay of execution may file with the clerk an affidavit, stating that the surety verily believes the surety will be compelled to pay the judgment, interest, and coststhereon unless execution issues immediately, and gives notice thereof in writing to the partyfor whom the surety is surety; and the clerk shall thereupon issue execution forthwith, unlessother sufficient surety be entered before the clerk within five days after such notice is givenas in other cases.
