626.72 Contest. Any person interested may contest any claim or part thereof by filing objections thereto, supported by affidavit, with such court, receiver, trustee, or assignee, and its validity shall bedetermined in the same way the validity of other claims are which are sought to be enforcedagainst such property, provided that where the claim is filed with a person charged with theproperty other than the officers above enumerated and a contest is made, the cause shall betransferred to the district court, and there docketed and determined.
