626.9 Entries in foreign county. In case execution is issued to a county other than that in which judgment is rendered, and is levied upon real estate in such county, an entry thereof shall be made upon the encumbrancebook of that county by the officer making it, showing the same particulars as are required incase of the attachment of real estate, which shall be bound from the time of such entry.
