633.113 Commitment. If, upon being served with an order of the court requiring appearance for interrogation, as provided in section 633.112, any person fails to appear in accordance therewith, or if, havingappeared, the person refuses to answer any question which the court thinks proper to be putto the person in the course of such examination, or if the person fails to comply with theorder of the court requiring the delivery of the property to the fiduciary, the person may becommitted to the jail of the county until the person does.
