633.146 Filing of certificate. The certificate under section 633.145 shall be filed for record:1. In the case of judgments, in the office of the clerk in which the judgment is of record or in which it has been filed, and 2. In the case of mortgages and deeds executed in performance of real estate contracts, in the office of the appropriate county recorder.
