633.169 Bond. Except as herein otherwise provided, every fiduciary shall execute and file with the clerk a bond with sufficient surety or sureties, as hereinafter provided. It shall be conditioned uponthe faithful discharge of all the duties of the fiduciary’s office according to law, includingthe duty to account. It shall be procured at the expense of the estate, if an approved suretycompany bond is furnished.
