633.247 Setting off elective share of surviving spouse. The share of the surviving spouse under section 633.236 may be set off by the mutual consent of all parties in interest, or by referees appointed by the court. An application tohave the share set off by referees shall be made by an interested party in writing by filingwith the clerk of court. A copy of such application shall be sent to all interested parties.
