633.291 Contents of petition for probate of will. A petition for probate of a will shall state:1. The name, domicile, and date of death of the decedent.2. If the decedent was not domiciled in the state at the time of the decedent’s death, then, that the decedent had property within the county in which the petition is filed, or any otherbasis for jurisdiction in such county.
