633.354 Surrender of possession upon application by any interested person. Upon application of any interested person and after such notice to the personal representative and to such other persons, if any, as the court may prescribe, and for goodcause shown, the court may enter an order authorizing said personal representative tosurrender any of such property to the person or persons who, under the will or under therules of intestate succession, will ultimately be entitled to such property. The court mayrequire a bond or other security conditioned as it may determine in connection with thedelivery of such property.
