633.504 Removal of property — payment of claims. In all estates of nonresidents, being administered in this state, the court may require payment of all claims filed and allowed belonging to residents of this state, and all legaciesor distributive shares payable to residents of this state, before allowing any of the propertyin the estate to be removed from the state.
