633.603 Appointment of foreign conservators. When there is no conservatorship, nor any application therefor pending, in this state, the duly qualified foreign conservator or guardian of a nonresident ward may, upon application,be appointed conservator of the property of such person in this state; provided that a residentconservator is appointed to serve with the foreign conservator; and provided further, that forgood cause shown, the court may appoint the foreign conservator to act alone without theappointment of a resident conservator.
