633.622 Bond requirements. In administering moneys paid by the United States department of veterans affairs, the conservator, unless it is a bank or trust company qualified to act as a fiduciary in thisstate, shall execute and file with the clerk a bond by a recognized surety company equalto such moneys and the annual income therefrom, plus the expected annual United Statesdepartment of veterans affairs benefit payments.
